[Rockhounds] Giant snowballs - "Rollers"

We have rollers in the central U.S. every now and then. They look like jellyrolls made of snow. See - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snow_roller.

As a youngest I saw it happen in my backyard.  The snowballs were much small tennis ball to baseball size.

We lived about a mile from Lake Michigan near Muskegon, MI.
