[Rockhounds] Android users alerted just before California earthquake

Two things.

1. Nobody cares if California got a 5.0 earthquake.  Least of all 
anybody where it happened.  Many probably never noticed it, and those 
who did said whatever.  Buffalo once had a 4.5 earthquake and I was 
there and awake at the time and didn't know there was an earthquake.

2.  This technology works by noticing shaking in the ground. Notices it 
a nanosecond before the people who were on that ground.  No way it's 
ever going to give advance warning.
