Subject: [Rockhounds] An Unusual Type of "Lava" - What Do You Think?
Hi all - hope everyone is well. Upon Kitty's suggestion, I posted a picture
of an unusual piece of "lava" which may actually be some sort of industrial
slag on my website. We were puzzling over what it could be, and she advised
that she hadn't seen any lava like this from any of the Hawaiian islands. I
posted a few more details on the blog site. Anybody recognize this material?

For some reason, very few emails from the rockhounds list get through to me,
so I would say to reply to me directly: scottsrocks at scottsrocks.com so I
will be able to see and respond to your reply.
