[Rockhounds] Reply to group setting on list

As a manager of other email lists, I think it is generally better to be configured to reply to all. It isn’t that hard for people to copy and paste an email address in the address bar, although perhaps people who want emails sent directly to them should point out that they should not simply hit reply, because the response will still go to everyone.
If you change the default behavior, more people will just hit reply and the conversations will be stunted.
