[Rockhounds] Fwd: Malicious Email Pretending to be from Rockhound List

Unfortunately, I can't do anything about spam spoofing the Rockhounds List
beyond making you aware that it is happening (I think our filters do a
pretty good job of keeping spam off the list). Be smart about spam and
don't click on random links from unknown sources.

I getting email pretending to be from the Rockhound
List generally titled "Sad news from Rockhound List”
or similar title trying to get me to click a URL.

An example is:

Given that is obviously bogus nature of the email address,
I have redacted the URL with “XXXXXX”. You might
warn other list members of this email as in my opinion
it is very likely malicious.
