Everything has mass, and reading through it, which was a bit of a letdown (I
wanted to see physics lol) I think it's possible the electrical charge,
similar to what happens with lightning which travels from the negatively
charged clouds to the positively charged surface. So maybe it’s attracted to
the charged ground? That said there are a couple instances where the ball
just floats and then explodes. Check out the video of one rolling across
railroad tracks, it's really spooky. So I also dunno :D Google search " The

I read a lot of the reports and noticed they list how it falls down or
falls over a bridge edge. Etc... so it seems to have mass and is affected by
gravity? Does a plasma produced in a lab have mass?
