[Rockhounds] FEMA "X Codes" for Search & Rescue Following a Disaster, Weather Event, or Emergency

Cryptic, typically red,"X"s appear on destroyed and damaged vehicles 
and structures after a natural disasters. They are created by search and
rescue units while searching for victims of a disaster. The  X codes
indicate when they were searched, whom was found, and hazardous
conditions that exist in a vehicle or structure
