It's indeed a weird Ca-phosphite - CaHPO3!
Quite interesting.
Makes me remember of hannebachite, CaSO3.H2O, that I found on its type locality, the Hannebacher Ley in the Eifel Region, Germany, in the eighties of last century.
Small crystals in a basalt that is referred to as 'phonolite' (for the sound of a hammer bouncing on its incredibly hard and tough nature).
To obtain a small piece I had to hit every time at least 10-20 times with a heavy (5 kg) sledgehammer.

Anyway a very interesting new mineral.
