You can now view and search online for geologic
maps for the United States with the USGS National
Geologic Map Database Viewer (Beta Version).

Different scale geologic maps show at different
magnifications. Also, the "Filter Maps by the Following
Scale Bin" menu needs to be used to view different scale
geologic maps.
