[Rockhounds] New list of official mineral symbols (abbreviations)

I've read about this "official list of mineral abbreviations" for some time. As a mineralogist... I think it's about the most useless, unecessary, and annoying thing in scientific nomenclature that I've ever heard of. Personal opinion!Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
