Yes, that is correct.
In such cases (that are not that many as to create a major problem) I give
them 2 codes referencing in the database to the other of the couple.
Of course in any code system there are drawbacks, but it is better to work
with a system that is not perfect than not having a system at all :>)

The problem that I have with using something like a Strunz system is the
same as storing specimens alphabetically. It doesn't work when you have
multiple species that are equally important on the one specimen.
