That DOES look correct. Specifically, it seems to be Chromium bearing Iowaite.

Interesting that this location did not show up in my search of the Altai Mountains, because it is pretty darn close. It seems like Altai Mountains is more in Mongolia, while this locality (Altai Republic) is mostly in Russia.
