[Rockhounds] Vesuvianite

I added a new mineral to my fluorescent minerals webpage. Vesuvianite is a
beauty and a nice example to demonstrate concentration quenching.

There's also an emission spectrum available that explains the mechanism(s)
behind the luminescence.
