[Rockhounds] Elevation, ice, snow

Somehow I perceive a difference between glaciers on Greenland and accumulated snow and ice on top of Mt Everest. Such that I don't have a problem with measuring elevations on Greenland including current glaciers, and realizing that in the next 80 years or so elevations of Greenland will first go down and the ice melts, and then rise as the bedrock rebounds after the weight of the ice is gone.
May be some whole lotta shaking going on as all that happens, also, too.
