[Rockhounds] Possible Newly Defined Large Fault - Eastern Sierras

Pretty interesting article about a possible large unidentified fault in the Eastern Sierras.  For those of us that have traveled up 395 (bonus points if you've done this from San Diego to the Canadian border) and seen all of the unusual geology (and cool minerals) combined with the numerous recent volcanism in multiple locations, this actually makes a lot of sense.   It is also a bit disconcerting especially with the reference to the Salt Lake area where we've had numerous 4+ earthquakes the past several weeks.
