Good one Paul. I have personally been the victim of "peer review attacks" as
we like to call it. Some people don't just trash your paper because they are
on the opposite side of an issue, they are actively networking to prevent
publication of papers they don't agree with in other journals, sometimes the
same paper if it was resubmitted.
