[Rockhounds] This Is Why It’s Illegal to Collect Rainwater in Some States

Right on Don, but I couldnt read the article because my phone doesn't like
that website it was on, or more accurately they didn't have it coded for
mobile devices.

Anyways, the news is old and recycled unless its a new one.. I heard about
similar situation years ago in Oregon.  Since i CANT read the article, i
have to assume it's the same type of hellabalue that is sensationalized to
grab attention and then serve ads to unsuspecting eyes.  Aka, fake news.
Lol.
