You should see if you can find a copy of "The Fabulous Keokuk Geodes" by
Stephen Sinotte.  I've got an old and ancient 2nd generation photocopied one
that I love.  It's got all sorts of maps of out-of-the-way places.  It was
published in 1969 and is long out of print.  I've occasionally seen copies
pop up on eBay.
