[Rockhounds] Tschernich book?

In receiving word of Rudy Tschernich's passing, I also received word 
that his book; "zeolites of the world" was available for download 
through the mindat web site. I attempted to retrieve the book from the 
site and although I am registered and signed in, I still got a 
permission denied in attempting to reach the download address. Can 
anyone tell me the availability of the publication and how to get it?
