Thanks for sharing this, Paul--interesting story.


Though I have to say, it seems like an awfully tenuous connection that they are trying to make here.  Equating broken olvine crystals to water-bearing material in the asteroid dust--to me, it's too many links in their chain of logic with too much uncertainty.  But the basic observation of cosmic dust remains in the Dover chalk--that's interesting.
