I went up there sometime in the late 90's.  The pack up was sort of easy...
the 150 pound pack down...no so much.  Oh, to be 49 again!

We've been there a couple times, Bob is a font of knowledge. Bob says the
hike up is easy when you think of it as only 1000 feet up and 1000 feet in.
That didn't work. Oh yeah and the collecting was great too :)
